No Ravens pass catcher has ever had more yards than Mark Andrews.
Andrews surpassed Derrick Mason in franchise receiving yards Sunday in Cleveland. He did it with an 11-yard catch on the Ravens' first drive of the game that put Andrews at 5,785 career receiving yards.
Andrews entered the game just four yards behind Mason, who played in Baltimore from 2005-2010 and piled up 5,777 receiving yards.
A third-round pick in 2018, Andrews has been a highly trusted target for Lamar Jackson over the years.
Andrews is also the Ravens' leader in career receiving touchdowns with 55. He's just six catches away from the franchise receptions record, which would give him the triple crown.
"[I] just feel incredibly blessed; one, to be a part of such an amazing organization throughout these last eight years and the incredible players that I've been able to take part with and play with and grow with," Andrews said as he approached the record.
"It's extremely humbling just to be around here and to be, obviously, playing with Lamar [Jackson] all of these years and how many plays we've made, but just continuing to get better. I'm very thankful, and I thank God at the end of the day."
