But getting to gameday takes countless hours from team personnel who remain far from the spotlight. Their work happens in the shadows, without fanfare, but they are vital to the Ravens' success.
They are the Team Behind the Team.
For the next few weeks, we'll pull back the curtain to give fans an inside look at what it takes to make the Ravens who they are. Team photographer Shawn Hubbard has been granted unprecedented access inside different departments within the organization to document their work.
This is an extension of a series that first launched last summer, and we have continued it to show what happens behind-the-scenes with the operations, public relations and broadcast/digital media departments.
