The Ravens were already short-handed in Kansas City and their defense took three more big hits during the game.
Linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) and cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) were ruled out after suffering injuries in the first half and cornerback Nate Wiggins (elbow) exited in the fourth quarter.
That means Baltimore's defense, which entered the game at the bottom of the league in yards allowed, is down seven defensive starters.
Smith went down on a 15-yard completion to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce late in the second quarter. Humphrey went down earlier in the first half. Wiggins left in the fourth quarter after making a big hit on Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco in the flats.
Jake Hummel took Smith's spot at linebacker. Undrafted rookie Keyon Martin replaced Humphrey in the slot. The Ravens are down to John Jenkins, C.J. Okoye, Brent Urban, rookie Aeneas Peebles, and Josh Tupou on the defensive line. T.J. Tampa stepped in with Wiggins ruled questionable to return.
All three starting defensive linemen were out against the Chiefs after Travis Jones (knee) couldn't play and Nnamdi Madubuike (neck) and Broderick Washington Jr. (ankle) were placed on injured reserve Saturday. Outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy (hamstring) is also missing his second straight game.
On the offensive side, Lamar Jackson (hamstring) exited the game in the third quarter and left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) exited early in the first half.
