Zay Flowers is active Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, giving backup quarterback Cooper Rush the Ravens' leading receiver.
Flowers was limited by a shoulder injury all week and entered the day as questionable.
The Ravens will also have two key defenders return against the Rams, as safety Kyle Hamilton (groin) and cornerback Marlon Humphrey (calf) are active, as expected. Last week, the Ravens were forced to start two undrafted rookies in their spots.
Left tackle Ronnie Stanley is also active after missing last week with an ankle injury.
Baltimore's inactives are as follows:
- LB Roquan Smith (hamstring)
- CB Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring)
- QB Lamar Jackson (hamstring)
- FB Patrick Ricard (calf)
- OT Carson Vinson
- WR Devontez Walker (oblique)
- DT Aeneas Peebles
Jackson is missing his second straight game with a hamstring injury, leaving Rush and Tyler Huntley as the Ravens' quarterbacks against a talented Rams defense.
It's the first time Peebles has been inactive this season. The rookie sixth-round pick has made three tackles and one quarterback hit through his first five games. Despite Nnamdi Madubuike's season-ending neck injury, Peebles has played just 19 defensive snaps the past two games.
The Ravens signed big-bodied defensive tackle C.J. Okoye to the 53-man roster on Saturday to help the run defense. Undrafted rookie safety Keondre Jackson will make his debut.
Running back Keaton Mitchell is active for a second straight week. He played last week, but that was also influenced by the fact that every healthy Raven suited up. Against the Rams, the Ravens chose to keep Mitchell active over some other healthy scratches.
The Rams have two key players out for Sunday's game at M&T Bank Stadium: right tackle Rob Havenstein and wide receiver Tutu Atwell, who is a big-play threat with the third-most receiving yards on the team.
