Rookie outside linebacker Mike Green (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.
Green missed Friday's practice and had been listed as questionable. The second-round pick had a season-high three quarterback hits during a strong Week 10 performance against the Minnesota Vikings. Green has played more than 70% of the Ravens' defensive snaps the past four weeks to lead Baltimore's outside linebackers.
With wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle) inactive, Devontez Walker is active for the first time since Week 5. Walker caught two touchdown passes against the Browns in Week 2 during the Ravens' 41-17 victory in their home opener. He will join the wide receiver rotation with Zay Flowers, DeAndre Hopkins, Tylan Wallace, and rookie LaJohntay Wester.
Rookie offensive tackle Carson Vinson is active for the second straight week to back up left tackle Ronnie Stanley and right tackle Roger Rosengarten.
Bateman, cornerback Marlon Humphrey (finger), and running back Justice Hill (toe) were ruled out on Friday. Also inactive for the Ravens are offensive lineman Emery Jones Jr., offensive tackle Joseph Noteboom, and defensive tackle Aeneas Peebles. Cooper Rush is the emergency No. 3 quarterback.
For the Browns, starting defensive tackle Maliek Collins, who has the second-most sacks on the team with four, is active after being limited Friday due to an oblique injury.
Cleveland starting defensive end Alex Wright (quad), who has three sacks and 24 tackles this season, was ruled out on Friday. Also inactive for the Browns are linebacker Easton Mascarenas-Arnold, guard Zak Zinter, offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas, wide receiver Jamari Thrash, and defensive tackle Sam Kamara.
