10 Matchups to Watch in Ravens-Colts Joint Practice
Here are the must-watch battles in the Ravens' joint practice with the Colts.

CB Jaire Alexander vs. WR Michael Pittman Jr.
Pittman is the Colts' top wide receiver, and Alexander is getting into game form as the newcomer in the Ravens' secondary. Alexander will be looking to buckle up the big, physical Pittman.

ILB Trenton Simpson vs. RB Jonathan Taylor
Simpson has made strides this offseason and can prove himself going against the NFL's fourth-leading rusher last year. The speedy Taylor ran for 1,431 yards last season.

S Kyle Hamilton vs. TE Tyler Warren
Hamilton is a Swiss Army knife in the Ravens' secondary, and Warren was drafted 14th overall this year to be that kind of player in the Colts' offense. The 6-foot-6, 256-pound Warren will be a fun matchup for the 6-foot-4, 224-pound Hamilton.

ILB Roquan Smith vs. QB Anthony Ricardson Sr.
The Ravens will kick off the season against the Bills and big-bodied Josh Allen, who is one of the league's toughest runners at quarterback. Richardson is a similar threat with his legs and will be a good practice tune-up against a mobile threat.

NT Travis Jones vs. LG Quenton Nelson
Jones is a breakout candidate for the Ravens this season and he'll get a strong test against arguably the Colts' best player in Nelson, who has been a Pro Bowler every year he's been in the league (seven seasons).

LG Andrew Vorhees vs. NT Grover Stewart
Stewart can cause havoc as an inside run defender and pass rusher who has eight sacks over the past three seasons. Vorhees has the clear lead in the Ravens' left guard battle and this is a chance for him to prove he's ready for the starting job.

RG Daniel Faalele vs. DT DeForest Buckner
Faalele is another player who has made improvements this offseason. Now he'll square up against Buckner, who is one of the league's premier defensive linemen and a three-time Pro Bowler. The 6-foot-7 Buckner versus the 6-foot-8 Faalele will be a battle of the bigs.

WR DeAndre Hopkins vs. CB Charvarius Ward
Ward is a physical veteran cornerback. Hopkins is a physical veteran wide receiver. They'll both be seeing if their tricks of the trade will work on the other.

WR Zay Flowers vs. CB Kenny Moore II
Moore is one of the league's most respected nickel cornerbacks. Flowers moves all over the field, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him and Moore lined up opposite each other. Flowers has shined in joint practices the past couple of years.

RT Roger Rosengarten vs. EDGE Laiatu Latu
Both rising second-year players, Rosengarten and Latu should have some good reps against each other. Latu had four sacks as a first-round rookie last year, while Rosengarten established himself as a solid starter.
