ADAM SCHRACK was elevated to coaching analyst in 2023 after spending two seasons as Baltimore's coaching research intern. In his new role, Schrack will support director of football research Scott Cohen in formulating weekly reports for opponent preparation and aiding self-scouting processes. Prior to his Baltimore arrival, Schrack served as the special teams coordinator and running backs coach for Notre Dame College (2020), adding special teams responsibilities after three years (2017-19) guiding exclusively the program's running backs. Schrack also spent time as a recruiting operations coordinator at Michigan (2016), coached wide receivers for USA Football during the National Development Games and aided both sides of the ball at Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH) HS and his alma mater Mogadore (OH) HS. He first entered the coaching ranks as an undergraduate student-assistant at Kent State University, earning his bachelor's degree in education in 2015.
