Biography

KEVIN HARTMAN is in third season with the Ravens and first as assistant strength and conditioning coach, after serving as an intern for two years (2023-24). In his role, Hartman assists all sports science, speed, strength training and recovery initiatives, working closely with strength & conditioning coordinator Scott Elliott to help prepare players for the rigors of each NFL season. Before his arrival in Baltimore, Hartman was an assistant performance coach for the Pittsburgh Maulers and New Jersey Generals of the USFL during the 2023 spring season after spending one year (2022) at Auburn in a similar role. He also was an intern with the University of Minnesota (2017) and University of Washington (2019), assisting football and Olympic strength and conditioning efforts. Hartman played offensive line at Augustana University (2016-21), earning first-team All-NSIC honors as a senior and graduating with a master's degree in sports administration and a bachelor's degree in exercise science. A native of St. Paul, Minn., Hartman was a three-year letterman at Cretin-Derham Hall HS, earning all-district honors in his senior season.
