SCOTT ELLIOTT is in his fifth year with the Ravens. In his current role as strength & conditioning coordinator, he oversees the strength and conditioning program that helps prepare players for the rigors of each NFL season. Before being named the strength & conditioning coordinator in February 2023, he joined the organization in 2019 as a coaching analyst - performance.

Elliott guides all speed, strength training and recovery initiatives, working closely with the team's athletic training department. His focus includes player injury prevention, recovery and energy system training in an effort to maximize performance. 2021: Named the assistant strength and conditioning coach. 2019: Named a coaching analyst - performance.

2011-18: (with The Summitt) Owned a full-service performance training facility in Lawrence, KS where he trained Olympic, NBA and Euro League athletes during their offseason. The 20,000 sq ft facility housed a climbing wall, state-of-the-art cardio, strength training equipment, Olympic size boxing gym and health services (supplement consultation, A.R.T.). Elliott was a strength coach for Next Level Sports Performance, a specialized program within the Summitt.

2008-10: (with Masterplan Group International Sports Agency) Served as a player rep and worked in the agency's football operations department, before transitioning to a basketball operations role.

2007-08: (with University of Colorado Boulder) Worked as the strength and conditioning coach for the Buffaloes' men's lacrosse program for one season.

COLLEGE: Graduated with cum laude honors from Emporia State (Emporia, KS) University, where he played basketball on scholarship...Earned a master of exercise science with a concentration in performance enhancement and injury prevention from Pennsylvania Western University…Prior to Emporia State, also played collegiate basketball at Barton County Community College.

PERSONAL: Attended Immaculata (Leavenworth, KS) HS, where he was a four-year letterman in basketball and earned All-State honors and League MVP as a senior...Is the co-founder of John Brown Underground, a craft cocktail speakeasy bar in Lawrence, KS...Elliott and his wife, Danielle, married in 2021 in Greenport, Long Island, N.Y. and have one son (Von).
