Second Season of Girls' Flag Football in Maryland Begins This Week

The Ravens hosted 300 local girls varsity flag football athletes to see their jerseys for the first time, hear from Head Coach John Harbaugh and participate in the gauntlet before practice.

The Ravens and Under Armour have partnered with Frederick County Public Schools to provide grant funding and uniforms for the development of high school girls' flag football programs in the fall of 2023.

The Ravens and Under Armour hosted the first annual clinic with more than 100 area high-school females to support the sport now and in the future.

Girls' flag football will expand to public schools in Baltimore City, Montgomery County, and Washington County, now reaching 51 schools in Maryland.

Ravens players, including Marlon Humphrey, Tyus Bowser and rookies, ran drills for the Girls Flag Football clinics.  

The Ravens held the Maryland girls flag football championship game at M&T Bank Stadium.

For the third consecutive year, on April 7th the Baltimore Ravens hosted an NFL Flag Regional Tournament, and this time we held it in our backyard at the Ravens Under Armour Performance Center (Owings Mills, MD).

In support of the growth of Girl's Flag Football on the high school level. The Baltimore Ravens hosted the annual Girls Flag at the Ravens Under Armour Performance Center on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Females had the opportunity to learn football skills and drills on the practice fields at our facility.
