Completion of the online form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance. The online request must be filled out completely or it will not submit properly.
The following information is designed to assist you in making a request to include Baltimore's Marching Ravens in your upcoming event or program. Each request will be given a fair and individual evaluation and, if deemed necessary by our office, may vary from the following guidelines. Each request will also be based on the availability of the band.
A request will only be considered if it is received at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Baltimore's Marching Ravens Appearance Request Application, please allow 5-10 business days to receive a written response and/or telephone call addressing your request.
Baltimore's Marching Ravens, Baltimore's Marching Ravens Pep Band and Baltimore's Marching Ravens Drumline are available for appearances from April through December. Due to the practice schedule, no appearances can take place on Wednesday nights. Please note that the Pep Band and Drumline do not march during performances.
Generally speaking, appearances will range from one to two hours in length. Based upon the nature of the request, an appearance fee will be determined.
Baltimore's Marching Ravens fees are as follows and do not include travel fees An additional fee for travel may be assessed if the event takes place outside of our general appearance area:
Full Band/Pep Band/Drumline:
Non-Profit/Community Events:
- $5,000-full band (could vary depending on transportation costs & overall timing of event), $450-pep band per hour, $550-drum line per hour (plus transportation)
- Parades, Festivals
- To qualify for this rate, the event must be open to the public and not charge an admission fee
Private Events:
- $6,000-full band (could vary depending on transportation costs & overall timing of event), $550-pep band per hour, $650-drum line per hour
- Birthdays, Retirements, Weddings
Commercial/Corporate Events:
- $7,000-full band (could vary depending on transportation costs & overall timing of event), $650-pep band per hour, $700-drum line per hour (plus transportation)
- Grand Openings, Trade Shows, Business Functions
Stipulations:
All publicity for the event that mentions an appearance by Baltimore's Marching Ravens, Baltimore's Marching Ravens Pep Band or Baltimore's Marching Ravens Drumline must be approved by the Baltimore Ravens before use.
All appearances must be paid one (1) week prior to the appearance date. Payment information will be included in your invoice.
Parking within close proximity to the event must be provided.
A safe, clean and secure indoor location must be provided to change into uniforms and leave belongings.
