Ravens General Manager Ozzie Newsome is known as one of the best in the business, and he has continued to garner praise during this year's pre-draft process.

Some of the top NFL analysts and Head Coach John Harbaugh recently shared their thoughts on Baltimore's general manager:

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport

"First of all, it's really weird for Ozzie to be picking this early [at No. 6]. I'm sure he's kind of tripped out by it. I have absolute faith. It would be hard to find a general manager better prepared for any situation, honestly. For a pick this important, I know he'll be ready for it to take a player who is going to help them for years to come."

NFL Network's Mike Mayock

"I think the Ravens front office is as solid as any in the National Football League. It's not just Ozzie who is outstanding. It's [Assistant General Manager] Eric DeCosta, it's [Director of College Scouting] Joe Hortiz. These guys are outstanding. They've stood the test of time. One bad season with a ton of injuries, I don't think warrants criticism."

Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh

"A lot of people work well together, and you never know exactly what the operation is in someone else's building, but I don't see how it could be any better than what we do. Ozzie is the best. He's the best for a lot of reasons."

CBS Sports Jason La Canfora

"Ozzie's track record is as good as it gets. I'm sure there are some [picks] they want back from the last two or three years, but this should be a real boon for them. To have this brain trust in charge at this particular time, it should bode well to get things turned around."

ESPN's Adam Schefter

"Their track record has been that they're a good, solid, winning organization. …I would think they come back next year and they are the Ravens that everybody in Baltimore knows and loves."
