The Southwest Boarding Pass is a mobile-only program that guarantees tickets to every regular-season home game at a special low price only available to Southwest Boarding Pass purchasers. Seat assignments change each game - you will be able to see your seat location and access your tickets through your Ravens Account Manager 3 hours before kickoff. Only a limited number will be made available.

How do I get my passes to my guests?

Only the buyer's phone will hold the tickets, make sure you enter the stadium with your guests.

Can I print my tickets or get paper tickets?

No, the Southwest Boarding Pass is only accessible through your mobile smart phone.

Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
