Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills, September 7, 2025
- In a rematch of a 2024 AFC Divisional Playoff, the Baltimore Ravens open their 30th season by visiting the Buffalo Bills for a Sunday Night Football primetime showdown (8:20 p.m. kickoff). Last season, Buffalo and Baltimore were the AFC's No. 2 and No. 3 playoff seeds, respectively, with the Bills winning the thrilling postseason matchup, 27-25. In Week 4, the Ravens emerged victorious, 35-10, during a SNF contest in Charm City.
- Under John Harbaugh (18th season), who is the NFL's second-longest-tenured head coach (Mike Tomlin - 19), the Ravens are one of four teams with at least 12 playoff berths in the past 17 seasons, joining Green Bay (13), Kansas City (12) and New England (12). Since Harbaugh's 2008 Baltimore arrival, his Ravens have produced the NFL's third-most total victories (185, tied w/ GB).
- Dating back to 2018 (last seven season), when QB Lamar Jackson became its starter, Baltimore tallied the league's second-most regular season wins (78) and has earned six playoff berths. (Jackson owns a 70-24 regular season starting record).
- The 2024 Ravens won the AFC North for the second-straight year and earned a playoff berth for the third-straight season. A league-high nine of Baltimore-s regular season wins in 2024 came vs. teams that finished with a winning record.
- In 2024, Baltimore's No. 1 offense (424.9 ypg) became the first unit in NFL history to post at least 4,000 passing yards and 3,000 rushing yards in a single season. The Ravens' franchise-record 7,224 total yards stands as the third most in NFL single-season history.
- Also in 2024, the Ravens' defense ranked No. 1 vs. the run (80.1 ypg) and No. 2 in sacks (54). From Weeks 11-18 (final seven games), Baltimore allowed NFL lows in total yards per game (261.7), yards per play (4.4) and points per game (15.4).
