The Ravens will have veteran run defender Chris Canty against the Houston Texans and their high-powered rushing attack.

Canty sat out practice all week due to an ankle injury and was listed as questionable to play.

It's very good news for Baltimore considering the Texans and Pro Bowler Arian Foster will likely be running the ball a lot on Sunday given that they're starting quarterback is fourth-stringer Case Keenum.

With Canty banged up, the Ravens also activated defensive end DeAngelo Tyson for the first time since Week 9 to provide extra support.

The Texans still haven't officially announced that Keenum will start, though it was reported earlier this week.

It would be the first pass Keenum throws this season. He was 0-8 as a starter in Houston last season and was signed off the St. Louis Rams' practice squad this week.

Thad Lewis would back up Keenum on Sunday. Lewis also hasn't thrown a pass this season.

The Texans' biggest injury to watch heading into the game was wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, and he will play.

Hopkins didn't practice this week due to an ankle injury. He's the team's leading receiver with 69 catches, 1,167 receiving yards and six touchdowns. Hopkins averages 16.9 yards per catch compared to 10.7 yards for Andre Johnson.

As expected, Johnson is active this week after sitting out last week due to a concussion.

The Ravens' inactives are wide receiver Michael Campanaro, cornerback Chris Greenwood, inside linebacker Arthur Brown, defensive tackle Terrence Cody, guard/center Gino Gradkowski, offensive lineman Ryan Jensen and defensive tackle Casey Walker.

Baltimore activated cornerback Antonie Cason after he sat out last week.

The Texans' inactives are quarterback Tom Savage, linebacker Mike Mohamed, guard Xavier Su'a-Filo, tight end Garrett Graham, wide receiver DeVier Posey, safety Josh Aubrey and linebacker Jason Ankrah.
