The Ravens have another Miss Maryland in their midst.

Kathleen Masek, who is on the team's Playmakers squad, was crowned Miss Maryland 2017 Saturday night at The Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown, per the Herald-Mail.

She will now compete at the Miss America Pageant in September in Atlantic City, N.J.

Masek, 22, is from Westminster, Md., and she has been competing in pageants since she was 16. She was encouraged by her best friend, 2016 Miss Maryland Hannah Brewer.

Masek did a musical theatre-style dance to the song "Crazy in Love" and answered a question about whether university fraternities should be held accountable for criminal actions of their members.

In addition to being a Ravens Playmaker, Masek plans to study business at Towson University in the fall. She will receive a $10,000 scholarship after winning Saturday's competition.

This isn't the first time a member of the Ravens has been crowned Miss Maryland. Amanda Ross took the crown in 2014.
