The fourth and final game in St. Louis was a time for bubble players to showcase themselves.
Here's who stood out:
WR Deonte Thompson
The speedy rookie free agent had perhaps the best night of all. He led the team with six receptions for 68 yards, including a fingertip 11-yard touchdown grab in traffic. Thompson nearly also broke loose on a 36-yard kickoff return. He had 192 total yards on the night and finished the preseason with 10 catches for 139 yards and two touchdowns, making a strong statement for a roster spot.
WR Logan PaynePayne's final offensive play was a drop in tight coverage. But before that, the veteran journeyman displayed excellent catching ability. He held on to five passes for 58 yards, including a long of 21 yards down the seam with a Rams defender lunging at his head. He's a dependable veteran wide receiver.
CB Danny Gorrer
Gorrer had a 35-yard pass interference go against him. He was in good position, but didn't look back for the ball. Gorrer made up for it with an interception in the end zone when he quickly got into position and had hiseyes in the backfield. He outplayed 6-foot-4 wide receiver Brian Quick on the jump ball for the turnover.
S Omar Brown
Johnny-On-The-Spot didn't get a turnover after notching four in his first three preseason games. But he did lead the Ravens with six tackles. He was still around the ball, something the rookie free agent has shown throughout the summer.
DT Bryan Hall
The second-year defensive tackle displayed his quickness throughout the game. He had one tackle for a 1-yard loss when he knifed past his blocker, and even served as a stand-up linebacker on one play in which he dragged down scrambling Rams quarterback Kellen Clemens in space.
NT Ishmaa'ily Kitchen
The Kent State product hasn't flashed much this preseason, but ended with a bang. He had a strong push up the middle throughout the game and was rewarded with a sack in the fourth quarter, the Ravens' only sack of the game. Kitchen also had four tackles.
DE DeAngelo TysonTyson was quiet for much of the summer, but came on late. The seventh-round pick out of Georgia had two tackles, including one for loss, one quarterback hit and a fumble recovery against the Rams.
RB Damien BerryBetween Berry, Anthony Allen and Bobby Rainey, Berry was the most effective in his touches. He had a strong run of 10 yards on his only carry. He caught three passes for 22 yards, including one of 18 yards when he bounced off a tackle from linebacker Sammy Brown. Rainey caught four passes for 42 yards, but ran six times for just nine yards.
