Lamar Jackson is training to knock out the competition in 2026.
The Ravens' star quarterback is using boxing workouts this offseason, as he posted on Instagram Tuesday afternoon.
Jackson appears to be training at Coach Troy Jones' gym in Miami. On his website, Jones, who hails from Maryland, claims to have coached 23 Super Bowl champions and more than 500 pro athletes.
Jackson is specifically working with Dawson Saint Jour, a high-performance boxing and strength coach.
Jackson has occasionally posted clips from his offseason workouts, which have included field training, hill sprints, and throwing to teammates and other NFL receivers, including Zay Flowers.
Boxing adds another element to Jackson's training mix. Former Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco took up boxing in 2017 as he entered his 10th year in the league. Jackson is about to go into his ninth season.
