Who's Practicing, Who's Not vs. Texans

Ronnie Stanley Still Limited With Concussion

Ravens starting left tackle Ronnie Stanley is still in concussion protocol and remains limited in practice.

The Ravens didn't have practice today (players and coaches were given off for Thanksgiving), so the injury report is an estimation.

Stanley was limited at practice all last week before being scratched for the game. He hadn't yet received clearance within the five-step concussion protocol.

The second-year blocker, who has been among the league's best this year, suffered the concussion near the end of the Ravens' Week 9 game in Tennessee. The extra time off with the bye wasn't enough to be ready to play against the Green Bay Packers.

The Ravens offense is looking to finally get back to full strength. Just when the Ravens got running back Danny Woodhead and tight end Nick Boyle back last week, the team's best offensive lineman was sidelined.

Stanley's absence forced the Ravens to move left guard James Hurst to left tackle and Luke Bowanko stepped in at left guard. It's a difficult shuffle on short notice, and the Ravens had more trouble than in recent games protecting quarterback Joe Flacco and paving the way in the run game.

"You take that, coupled with the fact that you're a first-round draft pick-type talent isn't out there – it definitely all adds up," Flacco said.

Austin Howard Also Sits With Knee Ailment

Not only is Stanley still dealing with his injury, but starting right tackle Austin Howard was also listed as a non-participant on the week's initial report.

It's the first time this season that Howard has been listed on the injury report. He hasn't missed a single snap all year either, including in Green Bay.

The Ravens are already thin at offensive tackle with Stanley sidelined. If Howard were to miss time, it would put even more strain on the line.

Rookie fifth-round guard/tackle Jermaine Eluemunor (shoulder) was also listed as a non-participant.

Also on the offensive side of the ball, running back Terrance West (calf) was listed as a full participant. West practiced fully all last week, but was a healthy scratch. It was a numbers game and the Ravens also have Alex Collins, Woodhead and Javorius Allen at running back.

C.J. Mosley Sits After Non-Serious Ankle Injury

When Pro Bowl inside linebacker C.J. Mosley came limping to the sideline near the end of the Ravens' 23-0 shutout win in Green Bay, Head Coach John Harbaugh told the entire sideline to pray for his ankle.

Moments later, when Terrell Suggs announced that Mosley was up and walking, the team breathed a sigh of relief and Harbaugh joked that their prayers were quickly answered.

Harbaugh reiterated Monday that Mosley was doing just fine, but the linebacker was still listed as out of practice. It could be more of a precautionary measure.

"Nothing negative," Harbaugh said when asked Monday for an update on Mosley. "Just a sprain."

It takes a lot to knock Mosley out of a game. Now in his fourth year, he's missed just two games due to a hamstring injury suffered early last season.

Cornerback Jimmy Smith is also listed as a non-practice participant as he continues to rest his Achilles whenever possible.
