Fitz And The Tantrums Kicking Off Ravens Season

The Ravens will kick off the 2014 season with some major energy.

Popular modern pop combo Fitz and The Tantrums will perform at the Ravens' Countdown To Kickoff presented by Miller Lite concert on Thursday, Sept. 4 at Power Plant Live! The event begins at 6 p.m.

That night, the NFL will kick off the season with a primetime matchup featuring the defending Super Bowl Champions Seattle Seahawks hosting the Green Bay Packers

The show is free to all and open to those 21 years old and above.

The Los Angeles-based sextet released the album More Than Just A Dream in 2013, featuring hits "The Walker" and "Out Of My League." One of their biggest hits is from their 2010 album, Pickin' Up The Pieces, entitled "MoneyGrabber."

The band features powerful co-lead vocalists Michael Fitzpatrick (Fitz) and Noelle Scaggs, and their tunes have a unique electronic neo-retro sound. They have toured internationally and played at the mega music festival Lollapalooza in Chicago Saturday.

The Ravens will open the regular season on Sept. 7 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
