JERSEY EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITY & MEDIA COVERAGE INFORMATION

The Baltimore Ravens will offer an exchange for Ray Rice jerseys on Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20 at M&T Bank Stadium. The event will provide an opportunity for fans to exchange a qualifying Rice jersey for an available jersey of another Ravens player.

As previously shared, here are the details of the jersey exchange:

  • Jerseys eligible for exchange must:
    -  Be officially licensed by the NFL
    -  Be manufactured by Nike or Reebok
  • Have been purchased or been available for purchase at the Ravens Team Store at M&T Bank Stadium or the Ravens Official Team Store online (baltimoreravensshop.com or shop.baltimoreravens.com) 
  • Exchanges must be made in person to verify that products are licensed. (A licensing expert representing the NFL will be on hand to verify that jerseys qualify for exchange.)
  • Recipients will receive Nike replica jerseys based on availability at the time of exchange.
  • Exchange is limited to one jersey per person

What:

Ravens Ray Rice Jersey Exchange

When:

Friday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 20

Time:

8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Where:

M&T Bank Stadium: Fans should enter at Gate A2 and will be directed to the northwest concourse to make exchanges. The Team Store located at Section 140 will also be open.

Parking:

Fan parking is available in Lot B on the north side of M&T Bank Stadium.

IMPORTANT MEDIA INFORMATION

Media will be allowed to capture video and still images of the exchange inside the stadium on Friday (Sept. 19) from 2 – 3 p.m.

On Saturday (Sept. 20) at 1 p.m., Ravens senior vice president of public and community relations Kevin Byrnewill be available for interviews to answer questions about the exchange. As opposed to holding the interview availability on Friday, the Saturday 1 p.m. period was selected because it will occur after the bulk of jersey exchanges have taken place. At this time, Byrne will be able to provide details of the overall exchange, including the number of fans who attended and how many jerseys were exchanged or deemed inauthentic.

(Please note that media will also have an opportunity to capture video and still images of Saturday's exchange inside the stadium from 1 – 1:30 p.m.)

Media parking and stadium entrance: Media covering the event are asked to park in Lot D. Once the designated shooting opportunities begin, media should enter the stadium at Gate E, located on the stadium's west side.
