Maryland Lottery Offers Two Ravens Scratch-offs, Trips to Monday Night Football Game

(Baltimore) – The Maryland Lottery and the Baltimore Ravens have teamed up again to launch Ravens-themed scratch-off tickets and second-chance drawings. This year, for the first time in its partnership with the NFL team, the Lottery is introducing two different Ravens scratch-offs – one priced at $2 and one at $5.

In addition to the tickets' cash prizes, a series of second-chance drawings will award exclusive experiential prizes, including a trip with the Ravens and tickets to see them play a Monday Night Football game at the New England Patriots.

The $5 Ravens ticket includes seven $100,000 top prizes – two more than last year's $5 Ravens ticket.  The $2 ticket has eight $20,000 top prizes. The scratch-offs will be sold at nearly 4,600 Lottery retail locations across the state and at every Baltimore Ravens home game.

Players can submit non-winning Ravens scratch-offs into their My Lottery Rewards accounts to enter second-chance drawings for prizes. Players will choose which second-chance prize category they would like to enter. Each non-winning $5 ticket offers five second-chance contest entries, while each non-winning $2 ticket will give players two entries. The Ravens second-chance prizes include:

  • One winner of season tickets for 20 seasons.
  • Multiple cash prizes totaling $120,000.
  • Six winners who will travel with the team by train to the Oct. 16 game at the New York Giants.
  • Five winners who will travel with the team by air to the Dec. 12 game at the New England Patriots.
  • 13 winners of season tickets for one season.

"We are proud to partner with the Maryland Lottery for the eighth consecutive year," said Dick Cass, President of the Baltimore Ravens. "Our fans enjoy the Ravens-themed scratch-offs, and we are excited to offer some exclusive prizes once again."

In addition to being at M&T Bank Stadium for all Ravens home games, the Lottery will be onsite for a training camp open practice on Aug. 6, offering fans the chance to buy tickets for their favorite games and win Lottery items.

"Launching our annual Ravens ticket and second-chance contest is one of the highlights of the year for the Lottery," said Gordon Medenica, Director of Maryland Lottery and Gaming. "We know it's something our players eagerly anticipate, and this year we're excited to give them even more chances to win by having two different Ravens tickets."

Since its inception in 1973, Maryland Lottery and Gaming has awarded nearly $22.2 billion in prizes to Lottery players and $14.4 billion in Lottery revenue to the State of Maryland. One of Maryland's largest revenue sources, the Lottery supports important state programs and services including education, public safety and health, human resources and the environment.
