The Ravens head team physician, Dr. Andrew Tucker, will speak to the media today at 3:30 p.m. regarding QB Troy Smith's clearance to resume light football workouts. Tucker will address the media and answer questions prior to head coach John Harbaugh's 3:45 p.m. press conference.
