Ravens Add Writers to Digital Content Team

RAVENS ADD WRITERS TO DIGITAL CONTENT TEAM

The Baltimore Ravens announced Thursday the addition of two new contributors to their digital content team, hiring Clifton Brown as a full-time staff writer and Wick Eisenberg as a freelance writer.

A veteran reporter who is very familiar with the organization, Brown covered the Ravens on a daily basis for CSN Mid-Atlantic from 2013-17. Prior to that, he worked as a national NFL reporter for Sporting News and spent 20 years covering the NBA and professional golf for The New York Times.

Brown moves back to Maryland after working for The Indianapolis Star over the past year, when he wrote enterprise, investigative and feature stories. Additionally, he spent time as the Indiana Pacers' beat writer, covering all games home and away.

"While covering the NFL, I was always impressed with the stability of the Ravens organization," Brown stated. "I thoroughly enjoyed my four years working in Baltimore, and I'm excited to be returning in my new role."

Brown will begin with the Ravens this Friday, producing his first content from the team's joint practice sessions with the Colts in Indianapolis.

Wick Eisenberg is an up-and-coming reporter who has worked for PressBox Baltimore and CountySportsZone.com covering high school sports. The son of Ravens columnist John Eisenberg, Wick is eager to make his own name in NFL media as a freelance writer of the Ravens' popular morning news recap, Late for Work.
