Ravens to Donate Police Motorcycles and Jackets to Baltimore City Police Department

 The Ravens are thanking the City of Baltimore for its continued service and support through a donation of three motorcycles and 12 jackets to the Baltimore City Police Department. On Tuesday (9/17), the Ravens will formally present these gifts to Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Commissioner Anthony Batts outside City Hall. The Baltimore PD is critical to city and team success on gamedays and other events held at M&T Bank Stadium. With its assistance, the Ravens have also been able to implement numerous community initiatives. In addition to the long-standing relationship with the department, a number of retired Baltimore officers are current members of the Ravens' security staff.

Ravens Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Play 60 Football Clinic 

Ravens players, including LB Brandon Copeland,S James Ihedigbo,S Anthony Levine andC A.Q. Shipley, among*others, *will host a football clinic for Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 – Oct. 15) this Tuesday (9/17) at Bonvegna Field in Baltimore. During the clinic, 200 predominantly Hispanic children, ages 5-11, will learn about the fundamentals of football.

All participants in the Hispanic Heritage Football Clinic were pre-registered through Education-Based Latino Outreach (EBLO) and Centro de la Comunidad (Centro), two organizations focused on supporting the Hispanic population in Baltimore and its surrounding areas. The event will also include football instruction by local coaches alongside Ravens players, festive music, appearances by Ravens cheerleaders and team mascot Poe.* *
