Ravens Vice Presidents Rochlitz & Andres Recognized

Baltimore Ravens vice president of corporate sales & business development Kevin Rochlitz and vice president of digital media & broadcasting Michelle Andres have been recognized for their outstanding contributions, leadership and achievements as executives in sports.

Rochlitz was acknowledged by the National Sports Forum as a 2015 Emeritus of its Steering Committee. In honoring the efforts of those who helped grow and develop the Forum, the NSF celebrated individuals who had attended the last 15 Forums and operated on its Steering Committee for at least 10 years. Rochlitz served from 1999-2014 before retiring his committee membership.

The National Sports Forum is the largest annual cross gathering of the top team sports marketing, sales, promotions and event entertainment executives. The NSF is overseen by its diverse Steering Committee of team, league and industry leaders who gather to discuss new ideas, strategies and ways in which to preserve sponsors, ticket buyers, suite holders and broadcast partners.

Rochlitz joined the Ravens in 2003 and was promoted to his current role in March 2013. He leads the Ravens' corporate sales department, which includes national and regional partnerships, broadcasting contracts – including day-to-day operations with WBAL-TV, WBAL Radio and 98Rock – and M&T Bank Stadium suite sales.

Rochlitz serves on the board of advisors for the D.E.B.S. Sport Business Management program at the University of Central Florida and on the NFL Club Business Development Committee. He is also on the Signal 13 Foundation with the Baltimore City Police Department.

Andres was selected by SmartCEO as a recipient of this year's Executive Management Awards (EMAs).

The EMAs recognize the achievements of the Mid-Atlantic Region's management All-Stars. These executives have gone above and beyond in their professions to support not only their respective CEOs, but also the rest of their executive teams, companies, industry and the community at large.

SmartCEO seeks to honor leaders who have demonstrated a valued relationship with their executive management team, including a proven track record of success, a history of growth within their position, employee mentorship and a management philosophy and service to the industry and local community.

EMA winners are selected by an independent committee of local business leaders who review each nomination. The recipients are then profiled in the March/April issue of SmartCEO Magazine and celebrated at an awards reception on March 19 at The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport.

Andres joined the Ravens in 2006 and leads the franchise's media group with the goals of serving and engaging its vast fan base and providing sponsors with powerful vehicles to reach those fans. She is responsible for the team's social media, BaltimoreRavens.com, mobile channels, online sales, e-mail and database marketing, market research, photography and television programming.

Andres is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University's Sports Industry Management Graduate Program, where she teaches sports digital media and enhanced consumer engagement.
