Ray Rice and Ray Lewis are in the Sweet 16 of the Madden cover vote.

EA Sports selected one current player and one legend from every team to be voted on by the fans to determine who would be the cover star of Madden 25, which is the 25th anniversary of the series.

The fifth-seeded Rice will take on top-seeded Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III. The second-seeded Lewis is up against third-seeded former Detroit Lions running back Barry Sanders.

In the second round, Rice upset fourth-seeded Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant in a landslide (71 percent to 29 percent). Lewis knocked off former Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson (62 percent to 38 percent).

If Lewis were to win the bracket, then this would be his second time on the cover. He was also selected to be on the video game in 2004.

Each round of voting lasts one week and fans can place their votes at: http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/feature/madden25cover.
