What Will The Super Bowl Ring Look Like?

Expect the Ravens' Super Bowl XLVII ring to be blinging.

Owner Steve Bisciotti and Team President Dick Cass revealed a couple details of what the ring will look like during Thursday's State of the Ravens press conference.

Bisciotti said the only thing that has been decided so far is that it will be white gold instead of yellow gold, at the request of players and coaches. It's also Bisciotti's preference.

Then Cass made a joke presumably about the size of the ring.

"Steve has assured me that he is going to design a ring that I will never wear," Cass said, drawing laughter.

So, from the sounds of it, it's going to be big.

But the design has yet to be determined, Bisciotti said.

The Ravens' 2000 Super Bowl ring was yellow gold with the birdie head in the middle lying over a bed of small diamonds and the words "World Champions" flanking either side. That ring was more a collection of smaller diamonds than any bigger diamonds.
