Totally Healthy Heading In

The Ravens are totally healthy heading into Super Bowl XLVII.

No player missed any practice time during Wednesday, Thursday or Friday's practices.

Baltimore listed 14 players on their injury report, but all of them were full participants and are all listed as probable for Sunday's game.

The Ravens' injury list consists of wide receiver Tandon Doss (ankle), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (toe/back), cornerback Asa Jackson (thigh), fullback Vonta Leach (knee/ankle), linebacker Ray Lewis (triceps), linebacker Albert McClellan (shoulder), defensive end Pernell McPhee (thigh), defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee), running back Bernard Pierce (knee/thigh), tight end Dennis Pitta (thigh), wide receiver David Reed (thigh), safety Ed Reed (shoulder), cornerback Jimmy Smith (abdominal) and linebacker Terrell Suggs (achilles/biceps).

Grass Better For Player Health

The Ravens came out of Thursday and Friday's practices feeling better than they did Wednesday.

Baltimore moved its practice sessions from a baseball field at Tulane University to the New Orleans Saints' practice facility, which they shared with the 49ers under heightened security.

The change was better for the Ravens' health.

"We needed to be on the grass," Head Coach John Harbaugh said Friday. "It was a big plus for us over there. It's good for player safety, it's good for their health and to get in the game feeling like they need to feel."

49ers Linebackers Limited All Week

San Francisco does have a couple nagging injuries heading into Sunday's game.

Starting linebackers Aldon Smith and Ahmad Brooks are both dealing with shoulder injuries. Smith led the NFC with 19.5 sacks this season while Brooks added 6.5 sacks and 46 combined tackles.

Both linebackers are listed as probable to play. Neither missed a start this season and are fully expected to be suited up for the Super Bowl.

The 49ers also had a list of full participants who are probable to play: linebacker Patrick Willis (shoulder), defensive tackle Justin Smith (elbow/triceps), safety Dashon Goldson (foot), linebacker Navorro Bowman (shoulder), running back Frank Gore (shoulder/ankle), guard Mike Iupati (shouder), running back LaMichael James (finger), cornerback Tarell Brown (shoulder), tight end Garrett Celek (foot), linebacker Clark Haggans (shoulder) and running back Bruce Miller (shoulder).
