Who's Practicing, Who's Not vs. Texans

A day after adding three more players to season-ending injured reserve, the Ravens had four players sidelined during Wednesday's practice.

Veteran defensive end Chris Canty (ankle) and wide receiver Jacoby Jones (illness) were both held out of practice. Safety Will Hill and guard Kelechi Osemele also missed practice for non-injury related reasons.

The only other Ravens dealing with injuries are running back Bernard Pierce (back) and cornerback Anthony Levine (ankle), who were both limited participants in practice.

The injuries to Pierce and Levine come at thin positions, but their status as limited participants early in the week is a good sign for their status against Houston. They also both finished Sunday's game against Jacksonville.

Houston Banged Up

The Texans are banged up heading into their Week 16 matchup.

They already lost two quarterbacks last week – Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tom Savage – leaving them with Thad Lewis and recently signed Case Keenum as their options. They also had eight other players sit out Wednesday's practice for injury reasons.

Running back Arian Foster (hip), wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins (ankle), linebacker Brian Cushing (ankle), tight end Garrett Graham (ankle), cornerback Jonathan Joseph (ankle), offensive lineman Xavier Su's-Filo (back), and linebacker Mike Mohamed (concussion) all missed practice.

Star defensive end J.J. Watt also sat out practice, but it was not injury related.

Houston also had six players listed as limited participants, including wide receiver Andre Johnson (concussion). The veteran receiver did not play in Houston's game last Sunday, but the expectation is that he will be able to return against Baltimore.
