Baltimore Ravens College Track Center Opens Baltimore City Location

BALTIMORE (March 11, 2026) – College Track, a national comprehensive college completion program that makes a 10-year commitment to students from underserved communities who seek to become the first in their families to earn a bachelor's degree, today announced the official opening of its new Baltimore site. The Baltimore Ravens College Track Center will be located at 2401 Liberty Heights Ave. in West Baltimore and is partnering with Baltimore City Schools as it has begun serving its inaugural cohort of scholars this year.

The opening follows a landmark $20 million investment announced in April 2024 from the Baltimore Ravens, the Bisciotti Family Foundation, and the M&T Bank Charitable Foundation to establish College Track's presence in Baltimore and support students from high school through college graduation and entry into the workforce.

The new Baltimore center provides dedicated, state-of-the-art learning and support space for high school scholars, alongside a team of educators, advisors, and career readiness professionals who will guide students through College Track's comprehensive 10-year program.

A Transformative Investment in Baltimore Students

College Track operates 12 centers nationwide, supporting students from underrepresented communities with access to state-of-the-art student centers and a team of educators to advise students through their academic and professional journeys.

The program will work in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools to support students through academic enrichment, college advising, financial literacy, leadership development, and career readiness programming.

College Track supports more than 4,800 first-generation scholars nationwide, 90% of whom are the first in their family to attend college. Serving students across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C.–Maryland region, College Track provides long-term academic, financial, and personal support to help scholars earn bachelor's degrees at more than two and a half times the national rate for first-generation peers.

The new Baltimore Ravens College Track Center will join other locations in the region, including Washington, DC and Prince George's County.

In partnership with the Kevin Durant Charity Foundation and Prince George's County Public Schools, College Track opened its first East Coast and tenth center in the heart of Kevin's hometown of Prince George's County, welcoming students from neighboring Suitland High School. In January 2020, College Track partnered with the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) leadership as well as local public and charter schools to open a second center in the region in Southeast D.C.

Shirley M. Collado, Ph.D., President & CEO of College Track, said: "Alongside our phenomenal partners, College Track is meeting talent with opportunity for Charm City's young people. Together, we are demonstrating how cross-sector collaborations can affirm the American Dream through the power of education. The best part is: this center provides a blueprint that can be replicated across the nation—in rural and urban communities."

Expanding Access Through the Ravens College Access Program

College Track Baltimore is part of the Ravens College Access Program, which will provide $40 million in support over the next decade to organizations focused on expanding access to higher education, including College Bound, Bridges Baltimore and College Track.

Sashi Brown, President of the Baltimore Ravens, added: "The Ravens are proud to support College Track's expansion into Baltimore as part of our broader commitment to college access and workforce development. Through sustained investment and strong community partnerships, we are helping ensure that students across Baltimore have the resources, mentorship, and support they need to achieve their goals."

Augie Chiasera, M&T Bank Head of Community Markets, said: "At M&T Bank, we believe education is one of the most powerful drivers of economic mobility. Our partnership with College Track and the Baltimore Ravens reflects our long-standing commitment to strengthening communities and creating pathways to opportunity for Baltimore's young people."
