The Ravens officially re-signed guard/center Jason Brown on Monday. An unrestricted free agent, Brown is a key player with the most experience on a young offensive line that is still waiting to hear Jonathan Ogden's decision about retirement.
Brown, 24, is considered a rising star in the NFL. He originally assumed the starting role at left guard when Edwin Mulitalo was hit with a season-ending injury in 2006. Since then, Brown has started 28 contests in a row.
