The Ravens have signed punter Luke Elzinga, who was undrafted out of Oklahoma in 2025.

Baltimore is looking for a replacement for Pro Bowler Jordan Stout, who became the NFL’s highest-paid punter by signing with the New York Giants during free agency.

The left-footed Elzinga received a rookie minicamp invitation from the Tennessee Titans in 2025 but has never kicked in the NFL. He spent three years at Central Michigan (2020-2022) before transferring to Oklahoma.

Elzinga averaged 43.1 yards per punt during his college career and completed four of four passes on fake punts for 86 yards.

Baltimore, which began offseason workouts on Monday, did not have a punter on the roster before signing Elzinga. The Ravens could sign another this offseason or take one during the upcoming draft. Georgia's Brett Thorson, Tommy Doman of Florida, Ryan Eckley of Michigan State, and Jack Stonehouse of Syracuse are among the top punter draft prospects.
