The Ravens are reportedly hiring another coach from the Atlanta Falcons, with Patrick Kramer expected to join the offensive staff, per CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.

According to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec, Kramer will be a quality control coach.

Kramer spent the past five seasons in Atlanta, three as an offensive assistant and two as a football analyst.

He worked alongside reported Ravens Assistant Offensive Line Coach Shawn Flaherty and both were kept on the Falcons' staff when Raheem Morris took over as head coach in 2024.

The Ravens also scooped up renowned Offensive Line Coach/Run Game Coordinator Dwayne Ledford from Atlanta, which had one of the best rushing attacks in the league last season.

A former college quarterback at John Carroll University, Kramer started his coaching career there working with the team's wide receivers. He was then an offensive quality control coach at Chattanooga and then an offensive analyst at Notre Dame.
