The Ravens signed linebacker William Kwenkeu and running back Jonathan Ward to their practice squad Tuesday.
Kwenkeu, who went to high school at St. Charles in Maryland, played 33 snaps on special teams in two games with the Ravens in 2024 and recorded two tackles.
The 28-year-old Kwenkeu spent training camp and the preseason with Baltimore this year before he was released as part of final roster cuts. He was originally signed by the Minnesota Vikings in 2022 as an undrafted free agent from Temple and played six games for Minnesota as a rookie.
Kwenkeu could help take the spot of undrafted rookie linebacker Chandler Martin, who has been placed on injured reserve with a torn ACL. Martin had five special teams tackles in two games.
Ward has appeared in 46 career games, primarily on special teams, and was released from the New England Patriots' practice squad on Nov. 25. He has 18 career tackles and has run for 91 yards on 22 attempts.
The 28-year-old Ward played four games with the Pittsburgh Steelers last season and has also been with the Arizona Cardinals and Tennessee Titans. He joined the Cardinals in 2020 as an undrafted free agent from Central Michigan.
