Reports: Ravens Tender Six Exclusive Rights Free Agents

As is customary practice, the Ravens have tendered their six exclusive rights free agents, according to USA Today.

That means the Ravens will keep linebacker Josh Bynes, safety Omar Brown, safety Anthony Levine, safety Brynden Trawick, outside linebacker Adrian Hamilton and linebacker D.J. Bryant.

Exclusive rights free agents either sign the tender they receive or do not play football. They cannot sign with another team. They all have two years or less service in the NFL.

Bynes has the most experience. He played in 15 games and started six last year, making 45 tackles and adding three pass deflections. The former undrafted free agent (2011) could see more time at inside linebacker this season and is known for making the final special teams tackle in Super Bowl XLVII.

Levine was active for all 16 games last year and made 11 tackles on special teams.

Trawick is also valued for his special teams work and played in eight games last season, making eight tackles. He was cut after running into and injuring punt returner Jacoby Jones in Week 1, but played well once he returned to the active roster in Week 9.

Brown has been active for four games during his two seasons. He didn't make a tackle last year, but had three tackles, including a sack, as a rookie in 2012.

Hamilton is a talented pass rusher who was placed on injured reserve last year with a wrist injury. Bryant had a strong camp until he suffered a season-ending knee injury in the preseason finale.

With the Ravens reportedly re-signing restricted free agent linebacker Albert McClellan and not placing a tender on wide receiver Tandon Doss, they are now reportedly done with contracts to all their players except those* *who are pending unrestricted free agents.
